Law on Elections of Members of the National Assembly ( as amended 2013)

Art. 5. The Members of the National Assembly shall be elected by a general, universal, free, fair, just, equal, direct, and secret election by means of secret balloting. The electoral system shall be proportional representation with provincial/municipal constituencies.
