85. Petitions against elections
A petition complaining of the undue electionor undue return of a member of the Assembly (in this Law called an electionpetition) may be presented to the Grand Court by anyone or more of thefollowing persons, that is to say- (a) a person who voted or had a right to vote at the electionto which the petition relates;
(b) a person claiming to have had aright to be returned at such election; or
(c) a person alleging himself to havebeen a candidate at such election.
