Patricia is the Programme Assistant for Political Participation and Representation in the Paraguay Office. 

Patricia is a lawyer with a master's degree in gender and development. Her career focused mainly on women's rights, emphasizing gender violence, care work, and women's political participation and representation. Previously, Patricia served in different capacities in public and private sectors, including directorship-level positions at the Paraguayan Ministry of Women. She is deeply committed and passionate about democracy and gender equality.

She joined International IDEA in January 2022.
