Lisa-Marie Dalke is the Assistant of the Supporting Team Europe Democracy Project (STED) with the Regional Europe Programme in Brussels, Belgium.

As of February 2023, Lisa-Marie is supporting the implementation of the project “Supporting Team Europe Democracy – Strengthening democracy evidence and communication around the Summit for Democracy”. The project aims to foster and facilitate civil society and multi-stakeholder engagement in the Summit for Democracy with pro-democracy organizations in Europe and across the world, as inputs to Team Europe Democracy engagement in the Summit.

Lisa-Marie first joined International IDEA’s Regional Europe Programme in September 2022 as a Fellow of the Carlo-Schmid-Programme, a scholarship awarded by the German Academic Exchange Service and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. As Carlo-Schmid Fellow, her work centered on the digitalisation and democracy workstream and included research on online political advertising, EU policy monitoring and advocacy initiatives. Prior to International IDEA, Lisa-Marie gained work experience at the German Bundestag, the Thuringian State Parliament, the European Academy Berlin and in public affairs.
