Alistair Clark

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Alistair Clark works as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in the Budget and Programme Performance Unit of the Ececutive Division.

Alistair has worked for International IDEA since 2012 as the Planning and Programming Officer for Africa and West Asia Regional Programme, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and as a Programme Officer; then as the Monitoring and Evaluation, on the EU funded project Support to Electoral Processes and Democracy (STEP Democracy) in Yangon, Myanmar.

Alistair’s previous work experience has been in the South African political arena, where he worked as a researcher in the National Assembly and in a Provincial Legislature.

Alistair holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with specialization in Economics (University of South Africa), and Masters in Social Development, from the University of Sussex.
