LIBREVILLE, 8 April 2025 - Continuing their advocacy efforts for peaceful and transparent elections, the Moral Guarantors of the Code of Good Conduct proposed by the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) announce the signing of the code by candidate Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema this Tuesday, 8 April 2025.  

As part of the support for the political transition towards peaceful, inclusive and transparent elections, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) organized a signing ceremony for a Voluntary Code of Conduct by the candidates for the presidential election.
