According to IFES, the results for the 2013 elections are centralized at the district-level and then sent to the Ministry of Territorial Administration (MAT) which is in charge of all electoral operations from the registration to the conduct of the polling and the transmission of election results to the constitutional court. The results are sent by certified technical agents via the Internet. The physical paperwork, which includes tally sheets and the “process-verbal”, will then be brought to the MAT and the Constitutional Court at a later date.
