If the EMB uses technology to collect voter registration data, is biometric data captured and used during registration?

In general a voter does not have to produce any document in order to vote, unless his/her identity is challenged by a candidate, agent, or ex-officio - in which case s/he has to produce his/her national identity card. No cases of fraudulent voting by foreigners have ever been reported.
