Section 36. The Commission shall manage to have electoral rolls prepared from the household registration under the Act on the Household Registration and disseminate for public information.

Eligible electoral voter list under paragraph one, stakeholders shall be allowed to check and make correction.

In proceeding under paragraph one, the Commission may request to be linked to the Database of the Household Registration so that it may use the database to prepare electoral rolls, or it may entrust the Registrar under the Household Registration Act or any other person as deemed appropriate to prepare the electoral rolls on its behalf, and to do so in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Commission.

Section 36. Upon having any announcement of election day, the constituency election committee or person being entrusted by the Commission shall prepare name list of eligible voters of each polling station and posted the announcement at polling place or nearby area to polling place or venue where people are convenient to check before election day of not less than twenty five days, as well as notify eligible voters name list in house registration book to the householder for acknowledgement before election day of not less than twenty five days, with respect to prescription of the Commission.

Eligible voter name list under paragraph one shall not specify identification card number of the eligible voter.

Name list of eligible voters being prepared for the interest of officers to examine voters who turn up at polling place, identification card of eligible voters shall be identified accordingly.
