The General Assembly, Recalling its resolution 77/10 of 10 November 2022 and all its previous relevant resolutions, Recalling also all relevant Security Council resolutions, in particular resolutions 2593 (2021) of 30 August 2021, 2681 (2023) of 27 April 2023, 2721 (2023) of 29 December 2023 and 2777 (2025) of 17 March 2025, and statements by the President of the Council on the situation in Afghanistan, Reaffirming its strong commitment to the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity and national unity of Afghanistan, and respecting its multicultural, multi‑ethnic and historical heritage, Reaffirming the right of the Afghan people to independently decide the future of their country in accordance with international law, Recognizing the continued need to address the multifaceted challenges faced by Afghanistan, and reaffirming that an integrated and coherent approach among relevant political, humanitarian and development actors, within and outside of the United Nations system, consistent with their respective mandates, is critical to building and sustaining peace in Afghanistan [...].
