Is e-voting currently used in any elections with EMB participation? - France

Country:
France
Question:
Is e-voting currently used in any elections with EMB participation?
Answer:
Yes, in politically-binding national elections (elections for public office or direct democracy initiatives)
Comments:

The Electoral Code permits the use of electronic voting machines for municipalities with at least 3,500 inhabitants. Voting machines will be used in some 60 municipalities. While the MoI publishes technical requirements and specifications for the machines, it has no role in the verification and certification of the equipment.
