The CEC gives the Ministry of Foreign affairs and the head of the corresponding legal entity envelopes containing individual password for sending to the voters. The personal password is a six-digit number, which is presented in a generated form, covered with a protective layer.
During the electronic voting process the voter enter the relevant page of the website of central electoral commission and registers. The registration is done the following way: The voter enters the serial number of the identification document, in which the system shows the name of the voter, after which the voter enters the password transferred in an envelope to him/her.
