In the locations where electronic voting was tested in the spring of 2017, an ORM system was utilized to scan ballots and provide voters with a summary of their selections. Both the ballots and the summaries would then be placed in the ballotbox for review by station officials. Following their scrutiny, officials would then use tablet devices provided by the Supreme Electoral Tribunal to transmit their results to a central computing center (source).
