Glasses in Charge - An Animation Video on Nepali Local Governments

“Glasses in charge” tells a representative story of the current planning trend of Nepali local governments (LG, commonly known as Palika). It’s the story of Nepali LG representatives who are struggling to strike a balance between their dual identities: representative of the specific ward (smallest unit of Nepali LG system specially to bring service delivery closer to people) and member/official of the entire LG (Executive).
