SHAREBIOGRAPHY
Rosário da Cruz Manuel is the Sub-Grants Finance Officer for the Mozambique office since 2019.
Rosário has 10 years of experience in finance and grant management, especially sub-granting of USAID and EU funding, in international organisations such as SADC, FHI360 and the Damien Foundation. He also has sound experience in donor policies and regulations.
Education:
Master’s Degree in Accounting and Auditing; and a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Accounting from Catholic University in Mozambique (2014)
