Khushbu Agrawal is the Programme Officer for the Latin America and the Caribbean region since 2017.
Agrawal's research and work focuses on promoting sustainable democracy in Latin America, with a special interest in political finance, fight against corruption, electoral integrity and equitable political participation.
Agrawal's previous work experience includes conducting research, policy analysis, and program development and evaluation, particularly in the areas of constitution building, conflict, gender and development, and equitable political participation, in organizations such as the International Organization for Migration, Save the Children, and International IDEA's Nepal Office.
In 2013, Agrawal was provided an Australian Government´s scholarship to pursue masters degree in Public Policy. In 2016, she was one of the 17 women from the Global South to attend a seven-week long Global Change Leaders Program at the Coady International Institute in Nova Scotia, Canada, in recognition of the leadership roles she played in her community.
