Elena Botanina

Before joining the INTER PARES | Parliaments in Partnership - EU Global Project to Strengthen the Capacity of Parliaments team, Elena acquired substantial international work experience within various administration and coordination roles in different non-profit organizations in Belgium, Cambodia, Ireland and Russia. 

Elena is passionate about empowering young people. She has launched a project to provide practical information on international volunteering and work opportunities for youngsters from Russia and other post-Soviet countries and has written extensively on various online communication platforms to motivate and empower young people.
