Carla Chávez Betancourt

Carla Chávez Betancourt was a Programme Assistant with Bolivia Office in La Paz, Bolivia from April 2020 to August 2021.

Carla was committed in her tasks to create conditions of equality and promoting equity based on human rights, with high commitment to justice in order to promote equity in gender and diversity issues in all areas of work.

Prior to joining International IDEA, Carla had the opportunity to work with international cooperation and NGOs and gained experience in project assistance. This allowed her to get closer in the administrative, financial and technical areas of programmes.
