Areas of Professional Interest: Conflict sensitive development, prevention of armed conflict, the role of civil society in peace-building and conflict management, religion and conflict / violence, faith-based peace work, arms control, small arms and light weapons (incl parliamentary control and parliament – civil society dialogue to tackle this issue), human security and disarmament, civilian peace services, non-violence, peaceful conflict resolution/ management. Israel and Palestine, Western Sahara, Sudan (north – south), Latin America, the Philippines.
