Areas of Professional Interest: Dilrukshi Fonseka is a Project Officer with the United Nations Development Programme in Sri Lanka. Previously, Dilrukshi was a Project Coordinator at the Berghof Foundation for Conflict Studies, where she worked on issues relating to conflict transformation and reconciliation. Dilrukshi holds a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics (UK) and received her first degree from Mount Holyoke College (USA). She is the co-editor of ’Peace-Work’ a volume of essays on women, war and peace published by Women Unlimited in 2004. She is a recent recipient of the ’Scholar of Peace’ fellowship administered by Women in Security, Conflict Management and Peace (WISCOMP), India.
