International IDEA celebrates 10 years of iKNOW Politics

For International IDEA, IKNOW Politics is an irreplaceable resource that strengthens, helps and supports political leaders, political parties, women in politics and civil society organizations to enhance women’s participation and representation in democratic processes and institutions of politics, political parties, governance and public decision making at all levels.

It cannot be over emphasised that women’s participation and representation is at the heart of sustainable democracy-building and development, hence IKNOW Politics is a strategic initiative for International IDEA in pursuing to promote gender equality in democratic processes and institutions.
