Peter Wolf is the Technical Manager for International IDEA's Electoral Processes and Constitution-Building programmes. His research and work focuses on the application of ICTs in elections and online networking, with a special emphasis on sustainable and trusted implementation of technology in electoral processes. Wolf is responsible for the BEST Electoral System Test and the ICTs in Elections Database.
