Innovative methodology for promoting capacity development in the areas of electoral administration and assistance has been developed recently by leading electoral assistance providers and will be piloted in November in the Democratic Republic of Congo by means of the European Space Agency satellite transmission. The aim of the project is to test cost effective and sustainable means of communication for electoral activities, as well as to increase access to operational training and improve the professionalism of electoral management bodies (EMBs) around the world.
