Experience: Therese has worked in IDEA’s external relations unit since January 2008.
Education: Therese has a master’s degree in political science and development studies from Uppsala University in Sweden and University of Connecticut in the US. She did an internship at the Department for Development Policy at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 2007, working with Maria Leissner among other things on the joint MFA-IDEA conference Challenges to Democracy-Building
