Current and Previous Positions: A member of the Norwegian Nobel Committee since 2003, Ms. Kullmann Five was chairman of Norway's Conservative Party from 1991 to 1994. From 1989 to 1990, she served as the cabinet minister for trade, shipping and European affairs. A member of the Storting (parliament) from 1981 to 1997, Ms. Kullmann Five is a past chairman of the Young Conservatives and is a member of numerous boards and institutions.
